Magnetic fast clamping, multi-faceted processing at a time without deformation!

The clamping method directly determines the machining accuracy and efficiency. In the processing of small batch and many varieties, the universal fixture is the first choice. Flexible use of universal fixture can make the original processing impossible possible. The electric permanent magnet fast clamping method has more advantages than the traditional mechanical clamping method.

 

Fast and convenient installation is realized on all kinds of standard T-slot platforms of CNC gantry milling machine. The "chessboard" disk structure is adopted. The disks are divided into at least two groups. Each group has independent controller, which can realize independent work and linkage work. The disk group needs to be paved with a 2m × 4m CNC milling T-slot workbench. The charging and demagnetizing operation can be completed within 3-10 seconds, and the power supply is not demagnetized, which is unified by the controller Line charge and demagnetization control.

 

1. The clamping and positioning of the electric permanent magnet chuck is accurate, rapid and simple. When the workpiece is clamped with the electric permanent magnet chuck, it only needs to be positioned once, while the mechanical clamping mode needs to be fixed at multiple points, and it takes a long time to adjust when clamping and positioning, so the electric permanent magnet chuck can shorten the auxiliary working hours.

 

2. It can clamp many workpieces at the same time and very small workpieces.

 

3. The machining accuracy of the electric permanent magnet chuck is high, and the invisible change is produced. Because there is no heat and deformation in the process of machining, and there is no mechanical damage on the clamping surface.
